This activity consisted of a special day dedicated to recycling, during which students learned about the importance of reducing, reusing, and recycling to help protect the environment. Throughout the day, students brought recyclable materials from home (such as plastic bottles, cardboard, paper, cans, and bottle caps) and took part in various themed stations:
- Waste Sorting: They learned how to properly separate materials according to type (plastic, paper, glass, organic).
- Recycled Crafts: They used the collected materials to create toys, decorations, or useful items, encouraging creativity and reuse.
- Recycling Game: They participated in educational games to reinforce their understanding of environmental care.
- Educational Talk: They attended a brief presentation about the positive impact of recycling on nature and how each person can contribute from home.
The goal of this activity was to foster environmental awareness in children from an early age in a fun and engaging way.
