The development of motor skills in preschool is fundamental for children’s overall growth. At this stage, young children are constantly exploring and learning, and their bodies are rapidly developing. Motor skills are divided into two main categories:
- Gross motor skills, which involve large muscle movements such as locomotion, balance, and coordination.
- Fine motor skills, which involve small muscle movements such as manipulation, hand-eye coordination, and grasp.
